Cancellation Policy
If the guest must cancel their reservation, you may choose to rebook subject to availability or cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate, but not the service fees.
If the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance or decides to leave early after checking in, the remaining nights will not be refunded.
