Please read the following terms carefully. They will ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for your party and all guests and staff of Namur Lake Lodge.

Come and explore the natural beauty of Namur Lake Lodge! We look forward to hosting you for an unforgettable experience. To ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for all, please pay close attention to our booking and payment policies. Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. Any changes to dates are subject to availability. Extras must be paid at the time of booking or upon request.

• Dates are booked on a first come first serve basis and will only be held with full payment. No exceptions.
• If dates are changed prior to your arrival, they are subject to availability.
• Any extras added are to be paid upon request.
• A damage deposit of $200 will be charged before check-in to cover any potential damage incurred to rooms, boats, motors, equipment, or property of Namur Lake Lodge. Providing no damage is incurred, the damage deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. 
• A valid boater’s ID or signing of equivalent paperwork operating under our boater’s license is required for any guests operating our boats.
• Life jackets, paddles, and safety kits must be in your boat at all times while operating on Namur Lake. We supply these items, but it is your responsibility to make sure you have them with you at all times on the water.
• The use of the road, boat launch, and property is at the user’s discretion. Namur Lake staff and management is not responsible for any damage, injuries, or theft that may be incurred.
• Please respect other guests and staff at Namur Lake. Quiet time is 11pm on the Namur Lake property and wilderness camp. Guests that do not comply with this may be asked to leave and will not be welcomed back to the property.
• No ATV, campers, RVs, or tenting is permitted on Namur Lake Lodge property.
• Pets are not permitted on Namur property. No exceptions.
• Please ensure all food items are kept either in your rooms or inside your vehicles while on Namur property as the area is often frequented by bears and small scavengers (birds, squirrels, weasels, foxes, etc.).
• Please dispose of any garbage or recyclables in bins to help us keep Namur Lake Lodge and the surrounding area clean.
• Rooms will be cleaned and ready for your arrival at Namur Lake Lodge. During your stay, housekeeping will not enter your rooms for cleaning etc. If you require any extra amenities, please ask the dock staff and housekeeping will deliver while you are out on the water.
